Albatross is operated by an individual (sole proprietor) based in Pakistan. For any questions about these Terms, contact us at arslanhasan230@gmail.com.

You must be at least 18 years old and able to form a legally binding contract to use the Service. By using Albatross, you confirm that this is true.

• You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials.
• You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account.
• You must provide accurate information when creating your account.
• Notify us immediately at arslanhasan230@gmail.com if you suspect unauthorized use of your account.

• Albatross offers a free trial period, followed by paid subscription plans as described on our Pricing page.
• Subscriptions renew automatically on a monthly (or annual, if selected) basis unless canceled before the renewal date.
• Payments are processed by Paddle.com, our payment provider and merchant of record. Paddle handles billing, taxes, and payment-related inquiries.
• You can cancel your subscription at any time from your account settings. Cancellation stops future billing; it does not automatically entitle you to a refund for the current billing period (see Section 5).

We offer refunds if requested within 14 days of a charge. To request a refund, contact us at arslanhasan230@gmail.com. Refunds are issued at our discretion for requests made after this period.

You agree not to:

• Use the Service for any unlawful purpose.
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to the Service or other users' accounts.
• Reverse-engineer, decompile, or attempt to extract the source code of the Service.
• Use the Service to generate, store, or distribute content that is illegal, infringing, or harmful to others.
• Interfere with or disrupt the integrity or performance of the Service.

You retain ownership of any content, data, or materials you upload or generate through the Service (“Your Content”). By using the Service, you grant us a limited license to host, store, and process Your Content solely for the purpose of providing the Service to you.

You are responsible for ensuring you have the necessary rights to any content you upload, including client data you manage through Albatross.

Albatross includes AI-powered content generation tools. AI-generated content is provided “as is.” You are responsible for reviewing, editing, and verifying any AI-generated content before using or publishing it, including for accuracy, appropriateness, and compliance with applicable laws.

We aim to keep the Service available and reliable but do not guarantee uninterrupted access. We may modify, suspend, or discontinue parts of the Service at any time, with reasonable notice where practical.

We may suspend or terminate your account if you violate these Terms. You may stop using the Service and cancel your subscription at any time.

The Service is provided “as is” and “as available,” without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including but not limited to warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service, including loss of data, revenue, or business opportunities.

We may update these Terms from time to time. We will post the updated version with a new “Last updated” date. Continued use of the Service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

These Terms are governed by the laws of Pakistan, without regard to conflict of law principles.
